Logistika v zásobovaní Zásoba: ľubovolný ekonomický zdroj, ktorý sa v určitom časovom intervale trvale nevyužíva Stocks/Inventory: Components, raw materials, work in process, finished goods and supplies required for the creation of goods and services; It can also refer to the number of units and/or value of the stock of goods held by a company
Výhody udržiavania zásob ( keeping stocks) Využívanie množstevných zliav (the use of quantity discounts) Tvorba poistky proti neočakávaným situáciám vznikajúcim u dodávateľa alebo v podniku (creation of safety stock to deal with unexpected situations) Lepšie využitie strojov a pracovníkov (Better use of machines and workers) Menší podiel časov zoraďovania vo výrobe (less time in sorting the production) Rovnomernosť v zásobovaní odberateľov (Uniformity in the supply to the customers) Pokrytie výkyvov v dopyte (demand fluctuations are covered)
Nevýhody udržiavania zásob Nadbytočné náklady spojené s udržiavaním zásob (Excess costs associated with maintaining stocks) Viazanie kapitálu v zásobách (stuck capital in stock) Zásoby zakrývajú (hide) problémy vo výrobe (nízka produktivita) Zásoby znižujú návratnosť investícií (reduces return on investment) Zásoby zhoršujú likviditu podniku (it worsens the cash flow) So zásobami sú spojené (associated) ďalšie investície (výstavba a vybavenie skladov (along with the stocks other investments are associated, e.g: warehousing services, constructions of warehouses, etc ) Risks of Loss obsolescence or Damage, physical and intangible
1. Maximálna spokojnosť zákazníka vysoké zásoby 2. Minimálna viazanosť kapitálu nízke zásoby hľadanie kompromisu optimálne zásoby (application of optimization methods)
Income Stocks: This stock offers a higher dividend in relation to their market price and it has less price fluctuation than other stocks Growth Stocks : This type of stocks usually does not declare any dividends since the money earned is going to be reinvested to grow the company. Technologická zásoba: Vytvárajú sa z tých druhov materiálov, ktoré je potrebné pred ich vydaním zo skladu do spotreby technicky alebo technologicky upraviť ( sušenie materiálu, homogenizácia) (drying, etc.)
Zásoby: Mechanizmus doplňovania a čerpania zásob formy (replenishment and withdrawals strategies): Konšt.časové periódy a konšt.veľkosti Konšt.časové cykly a menlivé veľkosti Menlivé časové cykly a konšt.veľkosti Menlivé časové cykly a menlivé veľkosti Postupné doplňovanie a plynulý úbytok zásob Plynulé doplňovanie a postupný úbytok Postupné doplňovanie a postupný úbytok Plynulé doplňovanie a plynulý úbytok
Classification of the inventories according to the demand a. An item has independent demand when the demand for such an item is not dependant upon the demand for another item. Finished goods Items, which are ordered by External Customers or manufactured for stock and sale, are called independent demand items. Independent demands for inventories are based on confirmed Customer orders, forecasts, estimates and past historical data b. On the contrary raw materials and component inventories are dependant upon the demand for Finished Goods and hence can be called as Dependant demand inventories.
Most organizations have items which fall into each category. It would be a mistake to suppose that you can use a dependent system for an independent item and, the other way around, The systems for managing these two types if inventory differ significantly: I.D.: Fixed Order Quantity, Periodic Review Model, Mini-Max and Quantity discount models, quantity discount, ABC, XYZ, etc. (Predpovedanie je dôležité ) D.D.: Material Requirement Planning (MRP), Material Resource Planning (MRPII), Enterprise Requirement Planning (ERP) + JIT, Kanban, etc the planning of these ones depends upon the sales forecast released for finished goods as the starting point for further action z tych modelov budeme niečo studovat cez prednášku
ABC method (based on Pareto s principle): It is a general method that determines which inventories should be counted and managed more closely than others. (aké zasobý potrenujeme často počitat, kontrolovat, etc.) Example The company W is considering doing an ABC analysis on its entire inventory but has decided to test the technique on a small sample of 15 of its SKU s (stock keeping units). The annual usage and unit cost of each item is shown below
A) First calculate the annual dollar volume for each item
B) List the items in descending order based on annual dollar volume. (C) Calculate the cumulative annual dollar volume as a percentage of total dollars. (D) Classify the items into groups Wiley 2010
The A items (106 and 110) account for 60.5% of the value and 13.3% of the items The B items (115,105,111,and 104) account for 25% of the value and 26.7% of the items The C items make up the last 14.5% of the value and 60% of the items Would you use different ordering rules for each item classification?
Graphical solution of the ABC classification of materials The A items (106 and 110) account for 60.5% of the value and 13.3% of the items The B items (115,105,111,and 104) account for 25% of the value and 26.7% of the items The C items make up the last 14.5% of the value and 60% of the items
